"Wanda Lucero's office was great for the first few years that I worked with them. They were kind, attentive, and nice to have someone local. When I needed to use my insurance to cover two small fender benders, my premium increased from $55 to $150 in the course of a year. Then I received a letter notifying me that they could no longer cover me (for 2 small fender benders in 20 years of driving). On several occasions I called into make changes to my policy (when I took vehicles in and out of storage), and was told the changes were made, however I noticed on my bill that the coverages had not been changed and I had been driving with almost no coverage for a month. Even after my policy was canceled State Farm continued to bill my credit card. They are great so long as you don't need to use your coverage."
